| Description | Engineering Development Board Ministry of Industries & Production Government of Pakistan TENDER NOTICE Sealed bids are invited from well established firms in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules & Regulations (PPRA) for procurement & installation of Aluminum & Glass Partition and five (5) cubicles with doors. The details are tabulated below:- S No. Description Total Area 1 Partition of Aluminum & 12 mm Glass with material and five (5) cubicles with 12 mm glass doors 758 Sq.ft TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Firms should be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for both income tax & Sales tax documents to this effect submitted along with bid. 2. Affidavit on stamp paper regarding non-involvement of the company in any arbitration / litigation with any government agency / department nor black listed by PPRA. 3. Interested parties are required to submit their bid along with 2% of the total tender value as earnest money in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of EDB. Bids without/short in earnest money will be rejected. 4. Only typed quotation will be accepted. Quotation with over-writing or corrections with white fluid will not be accepted. 5. Site can be visited on any working day during office hours. 6. Firms fulfilling the above terms and conditions may send their quotations in sealed envelope by 05.04.2024 up to 10:00 hours. The quotation will be opened at 10:30 hours on the same day, at EDB?s Office location: - EDB Complex Building 5-A Constitution Avenue, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad. 7. Engineering Development Board has the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotations as per PPRA rule 33 (1). (ASLAM SHAH) Dy.
